DELIVERY
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland. There is no surcharge for any part of the UK. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.
Delivery options and cost
Standard delivery, £4.95, arrives within 2 to 5 working days.
Express delivery, £8.95, arrives within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery is free on all orders over £75. There are no exclusions, and that includes our trees.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
When we despatch
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we despatch the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent tracked with Royal Mail or DPD. As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive a despatch email with a tracking link so you can follow it.
If your order has not arrived
Check your despatch email first, and do look in your spam folder in case it landed there. If standard delivery has passed 5 working days, or express has passed 2 working days, email hello@artificialblooms.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it for you.
If your order arrives damaged
Please email hello@artificialblooms.co.uk within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage, and we will put it right. Our stems are built to hold their shape, so if anything looks a little flattened after its journey, reshape the petals and foliage with your fingers and it will sit right. Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it or redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email hello@artificialblooms.co.uk straight away and we will do what we can, though we despatch quickly so the window is short.
